last thursday my best friends came over to karoake.
at one point me and nadrah went on omegle on my laptop and they continued singing.
they used my tab.
 when I was browsing through youtube on my tab the next day, I saw the history list of what they seached for.
apparently they got tired of lagu-lagu barat and went to sing some lagu tempatan.

I told Atiyah that I was composing a song inspired by her love life.
 I know what you're thinking.. what love life!?
I'm so mean. haha

Its more of a unrequited love kind of song you know, the kind of shit teenagers go through blablabla.
so anyway, its composed on piano, meaning there's no lyrics (tak intend nak bubuh lirik pun) but me and atiyah came up with some pretty awesome lyrics for it anyway!

jangan terasa ya, pengubah-pengubah lagu melayu sekalian.
we weren't making fun of you.
come to think of it, we actually were.
hahha just kidding!
no, but seriously though, takyah lah jiwang sangat.

one direction?

To be honest with you, I don't really know one direction.
and I don't really care.
I don't know their names.
well, I know Harry because he has curly hair.
When people talk about "Liam", I think Miley Cyrus.
I've never seen their music videos.ever.
I only listen to their songs on radio.

I don't know how I've managed to shelter myself from such mass mainstreamity (is that a word? meh)
I mean yeah, they've got all the factors that make them so attractive to young ladies or boys (I don't judge).

but I feel nothing.
OMG am I gay!?


oh, this reminded me of a very deep conversation I had with Sarah and Atiyah.
we were discussing sexual orientations.
the conversation then leaded to some other random stuff like:
 "would you rather have both your arms cut off or your legs?"
 me and Atiyah voted for legs. Sarah was with arms.
we're weird. we know.

Happy teachers day!

We celebrated teacher's day last thursday.

as usual with every year, 

the teachers dressed up in ridiculous clothes and walked along the red carpet, modelling their outfits.

It was hilarious! the theme was "colours" (I think) and the teachers were dressed in colourful clothes as  if wrapped with rainbows (:

amidst the laughter and claps of the crowd as each teacher popped out from behind the curtains 

and cat-walked to the center of the crowd, I actually felt like crying.

Especially when Pn. Rusila came out.

Those memories from when I was 15 and how caring she was for me

 (Maths has always been my weakest subject) just came flashing back.

I mean, these wonderful people are the ones helping us to succeed in life.

They are helping us become someone.

They want us to be able to care for ourselves.

This is the last year I'm going to be celebrating teacher's day in school. 

Its hard to accept that everything we do this year is our last.

After the modelling, the teachers went on stage and sang songs.

There were also performances from students. most of them were okay, I guess..

I mean, I could totally top that with my awesome rap skills. haha just kidding.

nah I'm serious.

Then after school, the gang walked back to my house where all 11 of us danced like strippers, ate five pizzas and had a karaoke session that lasted around two hours or so.

Mimi takde :( padahal she was the one who planned the whole thing.

we were gonna watch sinister together.

We'll go out sometime kay, Mi!

Nadhihah!!

Nadhihah was always the strongest girl I know.

Dulu dia garang and suka marah that Atiyah and I were scared of her hahahah :D

She was always there for us.

Bila ada kelas ustaz. Azka and kitorang tak baca sejarah lagi,

she will give us answers.

Or when we didn't understand prosa tradisional komsas yang dalam bahasa baku nenek saya pun tak faham,

dia yang tolong ceritakan kat kitorang what the story was about.

We wouldn't know what we would do without her that Atiyah even made a joke:

"Aku rasa kalau dunia nak kiamat and dunia nak runtuh, kitorang akan pergi kat Nadhihah and kata "Nadhihah, nak buat apa ni?" "

-It was a joke. jangan ambil serious ya kalian semua. (:

ahhh biology class,
the only class where you can draw male-parts in your book and get away with it.

Its also a great class to savagely cut up animals to see their insides :)
